Joshua McMahon - Owner Joshua has been a homebuilder since 2007 and has had the pleasure of building condos, townhomes, single family, basements, and custom homes. When he moved into the executive ranks of homebuilding is when his passion for the craft accelerated. He saw the opportunity for improved processes and enhanced customer satisfaction and created McMahon Custom Homes to see the vision come to fruition.

Project Manager: Our project manager has worked as a homebuilder since 2019 and has worked for two of the top builders in Richmond, Virginia. His career has taken him from townhomes to single family, basements, and condos. His passion is building quality homes and delivering exceptional customer service. He does this by following a strict process and over communicating with trades and customers.

Interior Designer: You cannot understate the value of a qualified and experienced interior designer. We are fortunate to have one of the best designers in the business. Her passion for guiding customers from concept, through budget, and completion of their home is exceptional.
